These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Sparkling Window. By requesting or hiring our services, the client agrees to be legally bound by the following terms:

1. Service Definition

Sparkling Window provides professional window cleaning (residential and commercial) and gutter cleaning services. The specific details of each service will be defined in the quote and confirmed when scheduling.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Services must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the client is unavailable at the agreed time, Sparkling Window reserves the right to charge a missed visit fee.

3. Property Access

The client is responsible for ensuring proper access to the service area, including:

Granting access to interior areas, if included in the service
Keeping the workspace free of hazards or obstructions
Securing pets or anything that may interfere with the work

4. Weather Conditions

For safety reasons, Sparkling Window reserves the right to reschedule a service due to adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or strong winds.

5. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and other available methods.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Service Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to correct the issue at no extra cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sparkling Window takes all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to frames, glass, or gutters
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the service
Issues caused by poor maintenance of gutters or structures prior to our visit

8. Modifications

Sparkling Window may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
